AGE REQUIREMENT
The renter must be at least 21 years for all categories.

PAYMENT METHOD
The lessee does not required to present a credit card. The charge for every rental is 24 hours charge. For a delay after the Drop-off Date & Time the cost is half day charge and the delay over to 12 hours the cost is 1 day charge.

DRIVING LICENSE
The renter and all drivers must hold a valid driver's license for at least one year and must present it together with their ID or passport when picking up the vehicle. If the origin is from a country within the European Union, the driver will need to present the European driver's license, while in the case the origin is from countries outside the European Union,the driver will need to present the International driver's license.

INSURANCE
In All Ways Car Rentals this is not required a guarantee amount before rental.

FINES AND INFRINGEMENTS
All fines and administrative penalties arising out of the driver's fault are fully borne by the lessee.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
: All car drivers authorized by ALL WAYS CAR RENTALS are insured with third party liability for death, personal injuries and property damage. Both cover are subject to the general terms of the ALL WAYS CAR RENTALS contract with its Insurance Company.

EXTRA DRIVER
No extra charge for additional driver.

GAS POLICY
On returning the car, the tenant must return the vehicle in the same gasoline level as it was contained in the car at the first day of reservation. If this is less than the gasoline level from first day, they will pay the cost of difference.

CHILD SEATS
Available only after booking with no extra charge.

CHANGES OF CAR TYPE
The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car than that of the original reservation with a corresponding or larger vehicle.

TRANSPORT BY SHIP
It is allowed to transport the vehicle by boat to and from Milos as long as it has been declared to us upon receipt and there is an additional charge of 30 euros for this. The responsibility for any damage/deterioration resulting from this transfer rests exclusively with the lessee and not with our company.

All prices and charges shown on the form are subject to VAT

CHARGES
Renter is responsible for compensating and repairing any damage caused in an accident if it is shown that:
- Driving the car under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- He did not stop and he did not the necessary actions, such as notifying All Ways Car Rentals SA, Traffic (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident occurred before the car accident and the insurance company representative arrived at the scene of the accident.
- He used the car for illegal and unlawful purposes, eg. smuggling, theft, smuggling of goods and goods.
- Driving the car overloaded, e.g. while there are four seat belts, five people were in the car.
- Used the car for any kind of racing or competition.
- Driving the car on unauthorized roads such as inaccessible beaches, inappropriate roads, mountains, etc.
- Driving the car without complying with Highway Code, e.g. infringement of traffic lights, STOP signal, speed limit, countercurrent, etc..

VEHICLE RETURN EARLY
If the vehicle is returned before the date and time stated in the contract, no refund will be made.

FUEL POLICY
When returning the car, the renter is obliged to return the vehicle to the level of fuel that was in the tank when it was received and as stated in its contract. If the fuel is less, the difference will be charged. In case there are more, no refund will be made.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN RECEIVING THE VEHICLE
On receiving your vehicle you should check it. Inspect the perimeter and interior of the vehicle for any existing damage. If you spot anything, ask for it to be noted on your lease. Also, if you wish, you can take photos so you can be sure of the condition of the vehicle when you receive it. Regarding the fuel of the vehicle, you start the lease with a certain amount and you must return it to the same as mentioned above in the fuel policy. Therefore, check the amount of fuel and, if you wish, take a photo of the dashboard.

COMPLAINT POLICY
In case of encountering a problem during the lease, the lessee has 30 days from the day of return to notify us. After the 30 days have passed, we will not be able to report any incident.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of booking cancellation, no refund is made. Before proceeding with any booking, drivers should be aware of the relevant documents they will need to present. If a prepaid reservation is left without the appropriate documents provided by law and stated in our conditions, the company has the right not to return the money. Reservations in the form of a request are also not valid where they are not subsequently partially or fully paid for. If a confirmed reservation is delayed for more than 2 hours without notifying us by phone, it is automatically cancelled.
